Delivery / Shipping
We keep a large variety of items in stock, however should an item not be in stock we will order it from our suppliers as soon as possible.
In the event that an item is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you with the appropriate lead time. If you feel that you no longer require the item you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possbleand your item will normally be posted within 24 hours. Although usually quicker, please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
In most cases you will be required to sign for your item. In the event that you may be out please email us with details of a neighbour who could sign on your behalf. In the event that the courier attempts to deliver twice without success there will be an additional charge of £3.50 for each subsequent delivery attempt.

Returns Policy
We are sure that you will be happy with the products you receive, however should you have any problems with our procucts please note the following:
-You may return any item to us, within 10 days of receipt.
- Any returns must be in their original packaging and be free of any
marks of use and in a resaleable condition.
- Please enclose a cheque for £7.25, made payable to Mr C Fisher
to cover the returns packaging and returns handling charges.
- Any items returned that are not in their original packaging and /or
in a saleable condition will be refused and returned to you at your
cost. To prevent your item being refused please handle and
package your item carefully.
- Where we feel an item is unacceptable for return we will contact
you. You will need to make and additional payment for the return
of any rejected item. We will hold any item until payment is
made.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. In order to
ensure the item arrives we reccommend you post any item in
a form of registered post. We will not be responsible for any item
lost in the post.
- In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, you will
not incur any charges, once we have verified this is the case.
